VOCVS is a premium streetwear brand operating in South Africa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
We use third-party courier services, such as Courier Guy, to fulfill deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Returns & Refunds
You have 24 hours from receiving your order to report any damage or dissatisfaction.
Any complaints made after 24 hours will not be our responsibility.
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact support@vocvs.co.za with photos of the damage.
Refunds or exchanges are processed only if the issue is reported within the 24-hour window.
4. Payments
We currently only accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) as a payment method.
Immediate payment is required. Orders will not be processed until the payment reflects in our account.
Ensure that you use your order number as the payment reference.
If you make an incorrect payment, VOCVS is not liable for any losses or delays.
5. Liability
VOCVS is not liable for any damage to goods after the 24-hour reporting period.
We are not responsible for any incorrect order details provided by the customer.
VOCVS is not responsible for third-party courier delays, theft, or loss of goods after dispatch.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected under POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
We only collect necessary information to process your orders and enhance your shopping experience.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
7. Amendments
VOCVS reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
